About Panasonic FP-e PLC

The new multi-talented PLC combines the performance of an FP0-C14C PLC with a 2-line x 5-character display for monitoring messages and machine data. The FP-e was specially developed for PLC applications in which a minimal display of information at the machine itself is sufficient for the operator, who in turn can select actions via keys on the front of the FP-e. Several product types are available, offering various combinations with real-time clock, thermocouples, and RS232C or RS485 interface.

5-character, 2-line, 3-colour display
Letters and numerical values can be displayed. Simple messages as well as timer/counter settings and elapsed values can also be displayed.
Matches FP0 intelligence (equivalent to FP0-C14C)
Programming software and cables are common for all FP Series PLCs, therefore the FP-e can use programs created for other FP Series PLCs.
